Table to Profit was founded with one purpose: to help independent restaurant owners succeed in one of the world's most competitive industries.
A Message from the Founder:
My career began with nationally recognized restaurant brands, over the course of 10 years I grew from a $10/hr employee to the COO of a beloved restaurant franchise with many roles in-between. I learned the importance of operational consistency, proven systems, and top down leadership. As my experience reached a peak in the QSR space, I transitioned into working with independent restaurants and small business owners, where I gained unique insight into the challenges small owners face every day. Things such as rising labor costs, increased food cogs and margins growing tighter. I was also fortunate enough to see a handful of successful owners building profitable operations from the ground up.
Working in both corporate and independent environments shaped the restaurant consultant I am today. It taught me what drives long-term success, what common pitfalls to avoid, and how to adapt proven strategies to fit the unique needs of each restaurant. Today, Table to Profit combines the structure and operational excellence of large restaurant organizations with the flexibility and personalized approach that independent restaurants deserve. Our mission is to provide practical, hands-on consulting that helps restaurant owners strengthen their operations, increase profitability, and build the restaurant they've always envisioned.
